Four steps
Add vehicles
Enter a reg, we look it up and confirm the make, model and MOT date. Assign a driver if you like.
Drivers report issues
A driver picks their vehicle, taps the symptom, adds a photo. You and the workshop are told straight away.
You approve work
The technician inspects, photographs and quotes each item. You approve the lot, some of it, or none.
Garage Command Centre keeps the records
Bookings, quotes, invoices and MOT history, per vehicle, in your account.
Who it suits
- Trades and vans — plumbers, electricians, builders, couriers. Servicing timed around your jobs.
- Taxi and private hire — we're a the local council approved testing centre, so the MOT and compliance test happen in one visit.
- Company and pool cars — one account, any make, and a service record for each car when it's time to sell.
- Care agencies and mobile businesses — drivers who can't be without a vehicle.
Cars and light vans only — we don't work on HGVs. Class 7 MOTs arranged through our trusted partner station — one call to us covers it.

Before you sign up
How many vehicles do I need?
Two or more cars or light vans. Taxi drivers and sole traders are welcome to ask — we look at each business individually.
What's the discount?
Fleet accounts get discounted service prices, agreed with Paul when the account is set up. MOTs stay at the standard £45 and repairs are quoted per job, with the photos to back them up.
How does the monthly invoice work?
Once your account is on terms, work through the month is itemised by vehicle and billed on one invoice. Until then, each job is paid as normal — card link or at the counter.
Can drivers book themselves in or approve work?
Drivers can report a fault from their phone with photos, and see their own vehicle's bookings. Booking and approving quotes stay with the fleet manager, so nothing is spent without the right person saying yes.
Can I start without talking to anyone?
Yes. Open a fleet account online, add your vehicles and book. Paul will call to agree the account terms and switch on monthly invoicing.
