Expired MOT? You can still drive to us
The law lets you drive a car with an expired MOT directly to a pre-booked MOT test, provided the car is roadworthy. So book first — online or by phone — and then drive straight here. Without a booking you're not covered, and the fine for driving without an MOT can be up to £1,000.
What happens if it fails today
You'll get an itemised, photographed quote on your phone within minutes. A free slot booked today is our normal £45. If the diary is full and we squeeze you in as an urgent MOT, it's £54.85 — the government maximum. Either way the retest is free if we do any repairs.
